This is the public website of FF Assistance, the public brand of Fortune Finds LLC. This website has no account registration, booking, payment or contact forms. FF Assistance does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies.
Contact links open a calling, messaging or email service. Information you send through those services is handled outside this website.
Information you provide
When you call, leave a voicemail or send an SMS or WhatsApp message, you may provide your name, callback number, preferred language, vehicle details, starting problem and approximate location. To arrange a visit, our team may also need the exact vehicle location and relevant parking or access instructions.
We use these details to respond, check fitment and service availability, prepare and confirm a quote, and coordinate the requested service. Share only what is needed for your inquiry. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or identity documents through a general message.
Calls, voicemail and messages
Calls and WhatsApp use (305) 306-1230. SMS uses (305) 306-1291. The bilingual telephone menu is provided through Google Voice; text replies are handled manually by our team. Voicemails and available transcriptions may be delivered to and reviewed through our operations email.
Google Voice, your phone carrier, WhatsApp and the services used to receive and manage messages may process message content, contact information and related technical information to provide their services. Their own privacy terms also apply. Messages are not submitted through a website form.
Coordinating your service
Our operations team uses inquiry and job details to follow up and arrange service. A driver assigned to your job may receive the contact, vehicle, location and access information needed to carry it out.
Share exact vehicle locations, access instructions and other private details directly with our team so we can provide them to the staff handling your job.
Email communications
If you email FF Assistance, your email provider and ours process the information in your message so we can review and respond. Do not include sensitive financial, medical or identity information in a general email.

Technical records
The hosting provider may log an IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamp and security events to deliver and protect the website. FF Assistance does not use this data for advertising profiles.
External services
Telephone and email links open the applications selected on your device. SMS links open a messaging application; WhatsApp links open WhatsApp or its website. Those applications and their providers operate under their own privacy terms. Opening a contact link does not itself confirm a booking.
